• Blue dragonhide chaps
• Fire battlestaff
• Combat weapon

How to get to this location:

1. Teleport to the Relleka slayer caves via ring of slaying.
2. Travel north along the mountain side untill you find the entrance to the camp.
3. Climb over the rocks and follow the path eastward.
4. Jokul's tent is north east of the camp. Enter it.
5. Preform the laugh emote and kill the double agent.
